HOLLOW-TYPE GOLF CLUB HEAD AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a hollow-type golf club head which introduces a riveting process to join each different material with applying aermet or nitinol with high strength to a face so that it improves strength and fly distance. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the hollow-type golf club head comprises the steps of: (i) casting materials with small specific gravity like titanium to shape a body of the club head and materials with excellent strength like aermet or nitinol to shape the face; (ii) inserting a gasket between rear sides of the golf club head body; and (iii) joining the shaped product in the wake of the first step by a rivet or a metallic screw.
