PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collecting machine capable of collecting information for a long time in the atmosphere without loading a battery of a heavy weight. SOLUTION: This information collecting device S comprises a balloon 1 to provide buoyancy, and an information collecting device body 2 linked with each other. The balloon 1 is provided with an outer bag body 3 to cover the outer side of it, and at least one inner bag body 4 positioned inside the outer bag body 3. Hydrogen gas is filled in at least one of the inner bag bodies 4. The information collecting device body 2 is provided with a fuel cell 10 as a power source, and measuring devices 5a and 5g to collect information around the information collecting device 2. A hydrogen gas supply means 4c to supply hydrogen gas from the inner bag body 4b in which hydrogen gas is filled to the fuel cell 10 is provided. |
