PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly judge the absolute neutral position of steering at low speed. SOLUTION: When the steering is steered, a few times of neutral position signals 108 are continuously input to CPU 109 storing the neutral position signal and a steering angle signal, and in the case that the rotation directions of a rotating plate 102 wholly coincide, the absolute neutral position of the steering is determined. |
