<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind plug for sealing a heat receiving block through-hole constituted in a manner to reliably prevent the blind plug from dropping from the through-hole of a heat receiving block after mounting of the blind plug even when during mounting of the blind plug on the through-hole of the heat receiving block, only fitting of the blind plug in the through hole of the heat receiving block is effected, and to provide a heat sink constituted such that heat transmitted from a heat generating body to the heat receiving block is capable of high-efficiently radiating heat, transmitted from the heat generating body to the heat receiving block, in the atmosphere. SOLUTION: In the heat sink 1, the blind plug 20 has a recessed part 24 serving as an annular groove, and a passage groove 26 in an outer peripheral surface 22 of a columnar member. By fitting the blind plug 20 in the through- hole 12 of the heat receiving block 10, the blind plug is inserted in the through- hole 12, solder 50 brought into a liquid state flows in the recessed part 24 through the through-hole 12. When it is solidified, the solder is engaged with the recessed part 24.</p> |
