<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle lubrication device for a spindle stock that can distribute a super-trace amount of lubricant equally and steadily to multiple bearings from one lubrication device without fail. SOLUTION: The lubrication device 100 for the spindle stock wherein the inner and outer rings of the bearings relatively rotate by their rolling elements is provided with a spindle, two or more bearings 10a-10d whose inner ring I.D. faces isolatively fit around the spindle in its axial direction, a housing that fits around the outer ring O.D. faces of the bearings, nozzles 12a-12d that discharge lubricant to the bearings, and a lubrication pump 16 to supply a super-trace amount of lubricant to the nozzles. A multiple-distribution mechanism 20 is located between the lubrication pump 16 and the nozzles 12a-12d to supply a trace amount of lubricant to a plurality of the bearings at the discharge rate faster than 10 m/sec and slower than 100 m/sec and the discharge amount more than 0.0005 cc (ml)/shot and less than 0.01 cc (ml)/shot.</p> |
