PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver salt light and heat photographic dry imaging material having high sensitivity and low fog and excellent in stability of a silver image after heat development, provide a method of recording the image using the same, and also provide a method of forming the image. SOLUTION: The silver salt light and heat photographic dry imaging material has at least one of layers containing a silver saving agent and has a photosensitive silver halide grain sensitized by an organic sensitizer, and when the material is exposed in an exposure amount of 280μj/cm2 and is heat developed at 123 deg.C for 16.5 seconds, photosensitive silver halide grains of <=25 number % having a grain diameter in the range of >=10 nm but <=50 nm are free from contacting with developed silver.
