PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hanging clock of which the time display plate can be directed in any direction. SOLUTION: The hanging clock is provided with a supporting shaft 17 protruded from a clock case and an insertion hole in which the supporting shaft is inserted and comprises a rotating and supporting tube 16 provided in such a way as to be rotated with the axis of the supporting shaft as a center, coming-off preventing means 16b and 17a for preventing the rotating and supporting tube from coming off from the supporting shaft, and a hanging ring 24 liked to the rotating and supporting tube so as to rotate in a plane which passes the axis.
