PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross flow fan capable of ultrasonic welding by properly correcting the inclination even if a tip part of blades inclines. SOLUTION: In this cross flow fan integrally formed by mutually performing the ultrasonic welding by stacking a plurality of fan blocks 5 composed of a circular plate 3 forming plural circular arc-shaped guide grooves 2 in an almost radial shape on one side surface peripheral edge and plural circular arc-shaped blades 4 erected on the other side surface peripheral edge of the plate and having the tip joined to the guide grooves, a bottom surface of the guide grooves is inclined to either of the central direction or the outer peripheral direction of the plate, and since the tip part of the blades is inclined in response to an inclination of the bottom surface of the guide grooves, the ultrasonic welding can be performed by properly correcting the inclination by forming a shape after molding so that the tip part of the blades forcedly falls down outside or inside, excess labor at stacking time is not required, and a yield at molding time is improved.
