PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable fireproof composition with water-resistance which makes the combustibles fireproof by forming an expanded and foamed carbonized layer by heating or which prevents smoke, flame or gases or the like generated by the combustion from flowing out to the outside. SOLUTION: The composition is obtained by containing (A) a thermoplastic resin and/or rubber material, (B) a phosphorous compound, (C) a heat expandable graphite, (D) a plasticizer, (E) an inorganic filler, (F) a polyfunctional alcohol and (G) an amino group-containing compound. The composition contains the component (A) of 50-85 wt.%.
