PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inoculating method capable of reducing inoculation stress to poultry and reducing remaining of an adjuvant component and free from lowering efficacy of a vaccine in inoculation of the inactivated vaccine into poultry. SOLUTION: This inoculation method comprises injecting an inactivated vaccine into right or left subcutaneous tissue of inguinal region of poultry. Inoculation stress to poultry, particularly chicken can be reduced and disadvantage incapable of utilizing waste chickens by long-term remaining of the adjuvant component can be solved, compared with a conventional subcutaneous vaccination to cervical region or intramuscular inoculation into leg region. Effectiveness of vaccine by the inoculation method in the present invention is equivalent to a conventional inoculation method.
