PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating mechanism having a guide mechanism that does not require high accuracy in assembling and additional restriction in arranging a guide roller. SOLUTION: This oscillating mechanism 1 comprises an oscillating table 12 capable of turnably supporting a pair of lower guide rollers 11, a support member 13 capable of supporting the oscillating table 12 turnably about its one point, and the guide mechanism 20 having a first guide part 21 capable of linearly moving a guide shaft 12 in the Y direction with respect to a guide shaft 28 disposed in the oscillating table 12, a second guide part 24 capable of linearly moving the guide shaft in the X direction, and a third guide part 27 including the guide shaft 28 and supporting the guide shaft 28 rotatably by a guide rotor.
