PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily moldable helmet box disposing structure for a vehicle easy for putting in/out a helmet. SOLUTION: In the helmet box disposing structure for an under borne type vehicle, the seat 21 is rotatably provided with a hinge 38 provided at a front end part as a center, the helmet box 32 is formed so that a lower side may be arranged in a trough part between the engine 2 and a rear wheel 4, the helmet box 32 may be divided into upper and lower sides of an upper side box part 33 and a lower side box part 34 at a position corresponding to a large diameter part of the helmet H to be stored and an aligning part of the upper side box part 33 and the lower side box part 34 may be lowered backward, a large diameter opening part 34a of the lower side box part 34 is constituted so as to be opened/closed by the upper side box part 33 by providing the upper side box part 33 on a bottom surface of the seat 21 and moving the upper side box part 33 integrally with the seat 21, and a depth L1 of the box front part stored with the rear head part side of the substantially vertically placed helmet H therein is formed deep and a depth L2 of the box rear part is formed shallow in the lower side box part 34.
