PURPOSE: A part cooling apparatus of an electric/electronic equipment is provided to effectively cool a heating part without inflow of humidity or dust having a bad influence on a main board or an electronic circuit. CONSTITUTION: A part cooling apparatus of an electric/electronic equipment comprises a heat absorbing unit(2), a heat radiating unit(4), and a first and a second pipes(6,8). The heat absorbing unit(2) includes a plate(10) of copper or aluminum having many fixing holes(14), and a bent tube(12) fixed to the plate(10) by brazing or welding. The heat radiating unit(4) includes a plate(16) of copper or aluminum having many fixing holes(20), and a bent tube(18) fixed to the plate(16) by brazing or welding. The heat absorbing unit(2) and the heat radiating unit(4) are filled with refrigerant. The tube(12) is connected to the tube(18) by the first and the second pipes(6,8). The heat radiating unit(4) is arranged at a higher position than the heat absorbing unit(2) for facilitating circulation of the refrigerant. |
