<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To engage bottom flaps and side flaps in assembling a box, in a packaging box in which flaps for forming a hexagonal bottom surface at an end portion of a cylindrical side wall are extended through a folding line, one of a pair of bottom flaps opposing each other is made into substantially the same shape as the bottom shape and the center parts of another bottom flap is provided with a valley fold line to bind free end sides of the bottom flaps together, and two adjoining side flaps in each interval between these flaps are binded together, respectively, to fold the side flaps in alignment with the valley fold line. SOLUTION: One of the adjoining side flaps is provided with a projecting piece for engaging to the other bottom flap, and an extending portion of this side flaps is disposed on slightly inner side than an extending portion of the other bottom flap, therefore, the projecting piece is inserted between a valley- folded bottom flap in assembling the bottom surface.</p> |
