PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a turbine efficiency at a low flow rate by lessening the aerodynamic influence of a support pin when the flow rate is low. SOLUTION: The support pin 24 is arranged at a front position away from the front edge 19a of a movable nozzle vane 19 in such a state that the nozzle vane 19 is located at a rated opening degree position B set between maximum and minimum opening degree positions A and C.
