摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method by which the power consumption is restrained to be low, which is gentle to environment, by which any image defect due to welding or filming is not caused, a light receiving member is prevented from being damaged or worn and a distinct image is always obtained and which is superior in durability. SOLUTION: In this image forming method, an image is developed on the light receiving member having conductive substrate, a photoconductive layer consisting of non-monocrystal material and a surface layer consisting of non- monocrystal carbon and transferred and fixed on a transfer member, and the surface layer incorporates at least hydrogen atoms and/or halogen atoms by 35 atomic % to 55 atomic %, and the surface free energy (γ) of the surface layer is 35 to 65 mN/m. Then, toner for developing an electrostatic charge image in which at least binding resin, charge control agent and wax are incorporated, whose weight average particle size is 3 to 11μm, in which the Tg of the binding resin is 40 to 80 deg.C and the wax has a main peak in an area where molecular weight is 400 to 10,000, and which has an endothermic peak at the time of temperature rise in the area of 60 to 150 deg.C is used as the toner for developing the electrostatic charge image.</p>
