FACIAL DISTORTION SENSOR FOR VERIFICATION OF DAMAGE PROCEEDING OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems such that it is difficult for a concrete structure in a workability to lay an optical fiber cable and that when laying the cable on a surface of the structure, beauties of the structure are damaged due to cutting the surface of the structure. SOLUTION: In a facial distortion sensor for verification of damage proceeding of concrete structure, single or more than one optical fiber cable is fixed with pulling one end of the cable to be inserted between a gap of sheet shaped objects allowing penetration of an adhesive. In a method for verification of damage proceeding of concrete structure, the sensor is bonded on the surface of the structure by using the adhesive to verify the damage proceeding with measuring distortion by using one end of the cable pulled from the gap of the objects.
