PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact clock system which does not require clock means or its time information modifying means to be built in a master device and slave devices in the clock system containing the master device and the slave devices. SOLUTION: The master device (1) includes a first receiving means (11) for receiving standard time information data from the outside, a first converting means (12) for converting the standard time information data into standard time information in a form useable for the slave devices, and transmitting means (13 and 14) for transmitting the standard time information in a format receivable for the slave devices, and a means (15) for detecting a signal indicating switching per minute from the standard time information data and transmitting it. The slave device (2) includes a second receiving means (20) for receiving the standard time information transmitted from the master device, a second converting means (21) for converting the received standard time information into the form that the slave device uses, a means (25) for detecting the signal indicating switching per minute transmitted from the master device, and means (22 and 24) for executing display or other functions based on time through the use of the detected signal indicating switching per minute and the standard time information converted by the second converting means. |
