PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a fear of an article in a closet being deformed, discolored, and changed in quality and also to prevent the occurrence of a fear of a fire. SOLUTION: Heater units 6 and 8 are constituted that a heat generating body 1 to generate heat is situated on a soaking plate 2 having a wide range of area, a source cord 3 to feed a power to the heat generating body 1, and connection parts 4 and 7 to feed a power to the outside are provided. A plurality of the heater units 6 and 8 are interconnected through the connection parts 4 and 7 and effect simultaneous exciting. In a so formed heater for dry, humidity detectors 9 to detect respective humidity are situated at the internal parts of the heater unit 6 and the other heater unit 8.
