PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an environmental condition classified by an individual for right brain working, left brain working and intermediate working. SOLUTION: After a person to be examined inputs an individual identification number to a controller 40 (S1), a lighting environmental condition is set (S2), next, the hand more skilful than the other of the individual is self-applied to set an odor environmental condition (S3), CD of individual liking music is selected to be input so as to set a sound environmental condition (S4), and next, a simple test is performed to set the optimum sound pressure during right brain working and left brain working (S5). When their tests are completed, a proper value being the condition of the working environment set together with the individual identification number is stored to the storage means of the controller 40, and the proper value is displayed to the person to be examined on a monitor (S6). Thereafter, when the person uses a single room, the working environment of the optimum condition can be produced (reproduced) in accordance with working kind when the individual identification number is input.
