PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure allowing a floor backing panel to be easily, rapidly and accurately laid and enabling the floor backing panel to be easily connected/disconnected by conducting operations from the surface of the floor backing material. SOLUTION: In the floor structure, a leg body 15, which can undergo a rotational operation from the surface of a floor base plate 3 and is freely brought into slidable contact with and interlocked with the adjacent leg body 15, is protrusively installed at the corner part of the backside of the base plate 3. A locking protruding part 16 and a locking receiving part 17, which are free to be slidably locked/unlocked, are installed in the outer surface of the corner of the leg body 15 so as to form the floor backing panel 18, which is laid on a floor base. The protruding part 16 of the leg part 15 of one of the adjacent panels 18 is locked, in a slidably lockable/unlockable manner, to the receiving part 17 of the leg part 15 of the other panel 18 by conducting the rotational operation of the leg body 15 from the surface of the base plate 3 so that the adjacent panels 18 can be connected to each other.
