PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a man conveyor capable of preventing the erroneous operation of an inlet due to a vehicle such as a baby carriage, a shopping cart or a carriage so as to improve the safety. SOLUTION: In this man conveyor, an inlet 8 elastically projecting toward an entrance 5 is provided outside an end surface of a skirt part 6 in a lower part of a handrail 3 so that a handrail belt 4 traveling along the peripheral edge of the handrail 3 enters the skirt part 6 through the inlet 8. A wheel stopper 11 for preventing the erroneous operation of the inlet 8 due to a vehicle such as a baby carriage, a shopping cart or a carriage is provided on a get-on/off plate 7 of the entrance 5 at a part in front of the inlet 8. This wheel stopper 11 is coated with a stripe of black and yellow or the like for warning.
