PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition (film) containing no halogen in the composition, that is, having flame-retardancy without halogen, a curable composite material comprising the composition and a substrate, its cured product, a laminate comprising the product and a metallic foil, and a metallic foil with the resin. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition (film) containing (A) a polyphenylene ether resin, (B) a crosslinking agent, (C) a melamine polyphosphate having the polymerization degree of 3 or more, (D) at least one selected from aluminate-, titanate-and zirconate-coupling agents is produced, and the curable composite material, its cured product, the laminate and the foil can be produced by using the composition. |
