MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ORGANIC SILANE

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for economically manufacturing organic silane useful for silicon polymer and as linker in high yield, wherein a small amount of catalyst is used and easily recovered. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method is characterized by performing dehalogenation-hydrogenation with chlorosilane compound of the formula(1) having hydrogen-silicon bond and organic halogen compound of the formula(2) by using tertiary organic phosphonium salt as a catalyst to manufacture an organic silane compound of the formula(3).
