PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic exhibiting excellent preventing and ameliorating effect on the aging and roughening of skin and having high safety. SOLUTION: An extract and/or crushed product of rice are added to a cosmetic. The cosmetic formulated with the extract and/or the crushed product of rice has antioxidation action and fibroblast cell activating action of the rice extract or crushed rice added as an additive and these actions are synergistically developed by the application of the cosmetic to the skin to exhibit excellent skin aging preventing effect and roughened skin improving effect compared with conventional antiaging cosmetic. Since the formulated component is originated from natural material, the cosmetic has low irritation to the skin and excellent safety. |
