PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organosilicone compound affording well balanced photopolymerizability and condensation curability, when adding in a silicone composition. SOLUTION: This organosilicone compound is shown by the general formula (1) wherein, R1 is H, phenyl or a halophenyl; R2 is H or methyl; R3 is a (substituted) 1-10C univalent hydrocarbon group; X is a hydrolyzable group; Z1 is R4, R4O or R4(CH3)2SiO [R4 is a (substituted) 1-10C bivalent hydrocarbon group]; Z2 is O or a (substituted) 1-10C bivalent hydrocarbon group; m is 0, 1 or 2; and n is 0, 1 or 2}.
