PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a high safety plasticizer which has a compatibility equal to or better than that of a conventional plasticizer with a polyurethane resin. SOLUTION: The polyurethane resin composition is characterized by containing diacetylmonoacyl glycerol of 5-200 mass pts. as the plasticizer with respect to the resin of 100 mass pts.
