PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas pretreatment equipment, a method and an exhaust gas measuring system, used in continuously analyzing harmful ingredients or the like in the exhaust gas. SOLUTION: This exhaust gas measuring system consists of the exhaust gas pretreatment equipment and the exhaust gas measuring instrument 21; the former having a sample tube 14 attached to a sample seat 13 for sampling high temperature exhaust gas 12 in the flue 11, a high temperature filter 15 for removing the dust in the sample exhaust gas 12 and a backwashing device 16 for backwashing the filter at every prescribed time-interval or at every prescribed filter-differential pressure being supplied to the above filter 15, and the latter for analyzing the exhaust gas after the treatment thereof having been made by the above pretreatment equipment.
