GROUND SURFACE LAYER POLLUTION DETECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make rapidly examinable an extensive polluted site in a labor- saving manner by traveling the ground surface of the polluted site in an unmanned manner and automatically detecting gases evolved from the soil while moving. SOLUTION: A gas detector body part 13 is provided on a remote-controlled vehicle 8. The vehicle 8 has a remote-controlled operation controlling part 11 and self-traveling power other than internal combustion engine power. The body part 13 is data-linked to a personal computer 14 for storing measured data, a gas analysis data storing/processing means. A gas suction part 18 connected to the body part 13 is mounted near the ground side of the vehicle 8.
