DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE DRIVE VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential pressure drive valve which assures smooth gas flow by improving the channels to reduce a pressure loss of gas flow passing through channels substantially. SOLUTION: Opening/closing direction of a valve body 52 which serves to open/close the gas passage depending on a differential pressure between the upstream gas supply side and the downstream gas consumption side, is slant at approximated 45 degree against the extended direction of gas passage. The gas passage opening/closing sections 51 and 52 are fixed on the way of gas passage not to disturb gas flow from the upstream side to the downstream side, when the valve is open. Besides a diaphragm 40 which causes driving force for the valve body 52, is shifted vertically depending on the differential pressure.
