PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form for slope form which improves the strength and quality of a slope frame structure by preventing the occurrence of a gap between the form and a slope face and to provide a slope frame structure using the form. SOLUTION: The form N1 for slope form which forms the reinforced concrete slope form structure is provided with a pair of frame bodies 1 and 1 which are arranged to face each other at a required interval and connecting members 2 which are provided between the frame bodies 1 and 1 at two spots which are separated from each other by a required interval in the lengthwise direction of the frame bodies 1 and 1. Each frame body 1 is formed on a planar crimped wire net formed by knitting corrugated longitudinal wires 11 with transversal wires 12. The intervals between the transversal wires 12 and 12 arranged to hold the connecting sections 220 of the connecting members 2 between them from the upside and downside are made longer than the intervals between the other transversal wires 12 and 12.
