PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that while sea urchin eggs, salmon roe or the like are sold in a tray such as a wooden dish or a plastic container, or in a frozen or chilled state, or in a plastic tray with a top seal applied, their freshness is degraded while a customer brings them home as they are perishable or they are likely to dry when sold in a tray such as a wooden dish. SOLUTION: The cold insulating tray comprises a lower tray 2 and an upper tray 3, while the lower tray 2 comprises a lower tray body 2A, a cold insulating agent 2B received in the lower tray body and a cushion layer 2C stacked on an upper surface thereof. The upper tray 3 comprises an upper tray body 3A and a sealing film 3B to be heat-sealed with an upper surface of the upper tray body. The upper tray is designed to detachably fit over the lower tray from above.
