PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article storage case which does not require cushions and an operation for filling them, wherein articles can be quickly and reliably received and fixed, the articles can be sufficiently protected against damage or the like due to impact during transportation and the articles also can be easily and quickly removed. SOLUTION: The article storage case includes a plurality of article storage recesses 15, one or more tube fitting guides 16 which are placed to pass through a position close to each recess 15 and opened to communicate with the recess 15 at the close position, a flexible tube 30 fitted into the guide 16, and an air supply and exhaust passage means having air supply and exhaust ports 47 and 48 exposed outside the case for carrying air supplied from a compressed air supply source to the flexible tube 30 and also exhausting air in the tube 30 to the outside. The flexible tube 30 is swollen into the article storage recess 15 by the air, whereby an article W is pressed and kept fixed.
