PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing fixture and a reinforcing structure of an easy-to-mount hollow structure. SOLUTION: A hollow panel 7 is formed by joining an inner panel 8 with an outer panel 9 at mutual flange parts 8f and 9f. This reinforcing fixture 1 of the hollow structure comprises a reinforcing member 2, a plate-like mounting member 3 integrated with the reinforcing member 2 by insert molding, and an expandable substrate 5 engaged with and held by an engaging part 4 disposed in the mounting member 3. The reinforcing fixture 1 of the hollow structure is fixed to the inside of a hollow chamber of the hollow panel 7 in a state in which the reinforcing member 2 is disposed in the longitudinal direction of the hollow panel 7 and the mounting member 3 is grabbed by the flange parts 8f and 9f. The expandable substrate 5 expands by external heating in the hollow chamber of the hollow panel 7 to provide an expanded body to integrally join the inner wall surface of the hollow panel 7 with the reinforcing member 2 for reinforcement.
