PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing structure of a wiper pivot and a waterproofing cap capable of preventing a trouble caused by water by draining water permeated through a pivot hole of a car body without splashing it and standardizing a shape of a pivot holder as it is easy to control parts. SOLUTION: The waterproofing cap 40 is installed on the pivot holder 12 on the wiper pivot 10. The waterproofing cap 40 is constituted by integrally forming a shade part 46, a drain port 54 and a pipe part 56 on a cylinder part 42, and the cylinder part 42 is installed on an outer periphery of the pivot holder 12 in a state where the shade part 46 faces a pivot hole 72 and the pipe part 56 is positioned and stopped whirling between ribs 14. Water permeated from the pivot hole 72 is received by the shade part 46, collected without splashing and drained through the pipe part 56.
