PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferritic stainless cold rolled steel sheet for a jar pot vessel having excellent corrosion resistance and stain adhesion resistance. SOLUTION: This steel sheet has a ferritic stainless steel composition containing <=0.02% C+N, <=0.3% Si, <=0.5% Mn, 11 to 35% Cr, <=0.05% P, <=0.010% S and <=0.02% Al, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and also has a surface of <=0.5μm by Ry. In addition to the above composition, one or two kinds of Nb and Ti, and Mo, Ca and B may be incorporated therein.
