SPACER SPRAY USED FOR MANUFACTURING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

PURPOSE: A spacer spray used for manufacturing a liquid crystal display is provided to prevent spacers from conglomerating and keep poor spacers from being sprayed onto a substrate to improve the yield of a liquid crystal display. CONSTITUTION: A spacer spray used for manufacturing a liquid crystal display includes a spray chamber(201), a stage(207), a spray nozzle(204), and a deflection nozzle(211). The spray chamber is prepared for spraying spacers. The stage fixes a substrate(203). The spray nozzle is placed at one side of the top of the spray chamber to spray the spacers. The deflection nozzle is located under the spray nozzle to move spacers sprayed from the spray nozzle in horizontal direction.
