PURPOSE: A medium cassette of automatic medium dispenser is provided to be easily used by making locking of push plate automatically released when the push plate is received in the automatic medium dispenser after being locked. CONSTITUTION: A cassette includes a cassette body(2); a push plate(4); an elastic member(6); a guide device; and a locking device. The cassette body has a space storing media. The push plate is slidably installed on the cassette body to support the media. The elastic member is placed between the push plate and the cassette body to give the push plate fixed elastic force. The guide device is installed between both sides of the push plate and inner sides of the cassette body to guide the push plate to linearly move. The locking device is installed between the push plate and the cassette body to lock the push plate and to release the push plate when the medium cassette is received in an automatic medium dispenser.
