PURPOSE: An upper structure of a dual recliner for an automobile is provided to simplify a structure by forming a dual hook, which rotates with a seat back and selectively hooked to a pair of strikers formed on a seat back bracket, and to easily change the position of the seat back. CONSTITUTION: An upper structure of a dual recliner for an automobile includes a dual hook(10) and a pair of strikers(11a,11b). The dual hook is rotated integrally with a seat back hinged to a seat back bracket(120). The strikers are formed on the seat back bracket and selectively hooked to the dual hook to fix the position of the seat back. The dual hook has a support link(12) rotating integrally with the seat back, a hook part(13) hinged to an end of the support link and having hooks(15) at both ends, and a lever(14) formed at a side of the hook part for hooking and releasing the strikers.
