PURPOSE: A room ventilation system of vehicle using pressure difference is provided to improve ventilation performance by varying discharge area according to pollution level of an air outlet. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation structure is formed so that outside air(Wo) flows in through a cowl on a front of a vehicle(V) and inside air(Wi) is discharged through an air hole(1a) formed on a combination lamp housing panel forming a combination lamp(C) placed on a backside of the vehicle. The ventilation structure is controlled by a varying device(10); an operating device(20); and a controller(30). The varying device controls exposure area by closing the air hole. The operation device flows in and out working medium to operate the varying device. The controller processes and analyzes signal of a sensing device(50) measuring pollution level in the combination lamp housing panel and an air conditioning mode switching sensor(60) installed on a dashboard(D) to operate the operation device.
