PURPOSE: A rice cooker having a handle grip is provided to enhance a safety by installing the handle grip at an oven for separating the oven from the rice cooker and moving the rice cooker. CONSTITUTION: A rice cooker comprises an oven(1) for coupling at an inside of the rice cooker, a stud fixed at the oven(1), a handle grip(2) inserted and mounted at the stud and a rice cooker body(5) having a recess(6) for exposing the handle grip(2) at an outside. A female screw is formed at the stud, and the stud is fixed at a top portion of the oven(1) by a welding. A hole for mounting the handle grip(2) is formed at the stud, and the handle grip(2) has a contact portion corresponding to an upper edge portion of the oven(1). The handle grip(2) is inserted at the stud and coupled by a screw(4) through the hole. The recess(6) is formed at the body(5) to correspond to the handle grip(2).
