PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering angle ratio variable steering device having a simple configuration and capable of setting a large variable amount of a steering angle ratio. SOLUTION: An input shaft 2 connected with a steering wheel 1 and an output shaft 10 continuous with the steering wheel are mutually connected through three cardan joints. An offset amount from a reference line H of the third cardan joint 5 is changed by a tilting device 20 to adjust a steering angle ratio.
