PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part inspection device capable of easily and surely inspecting the electric characteristic of a tip capacitor. SOLUTION: This electronic part inspection device 20 is provided with a plurality of terminals 30, a left-side terminal holding member 51, and a left-side oscillation member 71. The terminal 30 is provided with a terminal base part 31 positioned on the lower side and held by means of the left-side terminal holding member 51, an oscillation arm part 33 protruded from the terminal end part 31 and elastically deformed to be oscillatable forward/backward, a contact part 35 arranged in the upper part of the oscillation arm part 33, and a locking part 37 arranged in the upper part of the oscillation arm part 33. The left-side terminal holding member 51 is provided with a base part mounting hole part 58, in which the terminal base part 31 of the terminal 30 is held, and opposed faces 63a arranged face to face on the front side of the contact part 25 on an intermediate wall 63 arranged inside the base part mounting hole part 58. The left-side oscillation member 71 is provided with an oscillation locking part 71d arranged opposedly on the back side of the contact part 35 of the terminal 30 to be locked on the locking part 37 of the terminal 30.
