PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate film for a laminated glass preventing decrease in TL value by relieving coincidence effect without lowering basic performance necessary for the laminated glass and manifesting excellent sound insulating property in a wide range of temperature stably in a long period, and also provide a laminated glass using the same. SOLUTION: The intermediate film for a laminated glass comprises a laminated body of polyvinyl acetal resin films plasticized by a plasticizer and at least one layer of the laminated layers except the outermost layer of the laminated body contains a compound having at least one or more carboxyl groups at a terminal.
