PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new RCCV penetration whose installation operation can be performed easily by omitting a bar arrangement operation around a through pipe at a site and to provide its installation technique. SOLUTION: In the penetration P which is installed at an RCCV wall H, an insert plate 2 and a flange plate 3 which are situated on the inner face and the outer face of the RCCV wall H are integrated with the through pipe 1 which is passed through the RCCV wall H in advance, and reinforcing bars 4 are arranged around the through pipe 1 between the insert plate 2 and the flange plate 3. Thereby, the bar arrangement operation around the through pipe 1 at the site can be omitted, and the installation operation of the penetration P can be performed easily.
