PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attractively lay a wire harness to a slide door. SOLUTION: A bracket 11 for forming the lower part of the harness is disposed on a vehicle body 1 side, and the wire harness 3 is supported on the bracket and directed, at least diagonally downward, to the lower end 9a of a door trim 9 by the bracket 11. The lower end of the door trim is positioned under the step 4 of the vehicle body 1, the wire harness is laid into the slide door 6 through a lower side space 21 at the lower end of the door trim. The wire harness 3 is directed diagonally forward to the closing direction of the slide door by the bracket 11 and, when the slide door 6 is closed, the wire harness is guided into a guide rail 8 located under the step 4 and extended in horizontal direction relative to the hinge roller 7 of the slide door. When the slide door 6 is opened and closed, the wire harness is fixedly positioned above the hinge roller 7 between the vehicle body 1 and the slide door.
