PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety when a machine body tilts by a certain value or more in a farm work machine having a steering mechanism for operating inside one of right and left side clutches or right and left side brakes, interlocking with a turning operation of a steering handle, by sloving a problem that when the machine body largely tilts back and forth, slight overturning of the handle causes the machine body an unexpected accident by sudden rotation, during going over a ridge between rice fields, accessing the rice fields, or pitch running. SOLUTION: This farm work machine has a steering operation interlocking means for operating the inside one in turning among the side clutches or side brakes for right and left running wheels interlocking with the turning operation of the steering handle. The interlocking state of the steering operation interlocking means is relatively constituted to be released based on a tilt detection result more than a predetermined value of a tilting sensor for detecting the longitudinal tilt of the machine body.
