PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a maintenance service person to go to a controller site when a controller installed in the vicinity of the uppermost floor of an elevator shaft is troubled. SOLUTION: An upper side counter weight 3a is connected to a lower side counter weight 3b by an attaching and detaching device 4 to be operated thereby in a usual operation, the upper side counter weight 3a is separated from the lower side counter weight 3b is a rescue operation by the device 4, and the lower side counter weight 3b is fixed to a counter weight guide rail by a fixing device 5 to conduct an operation only by the upper side counter weight 3a. |
