PURPOSE: A pumpless anti-lock brake system is provided to reduce the weight and manufacturing cost by making an actuator and a passage of plastic with injection molding, and to prevent the damage of the passage by spreading heat-resisting material around the oil passage. CONSTITUTION: An anti-lock brake system without pumping is composed of a brake pedal(50); a master cylinder(51) supplying oil to the brake system in operating the brake pedal; hydraulic valves(54,55) regulating oil supplied to a wheel cylinder; an actuator(60) mounting the hydraulic valves; and a passage(70) connected to the hydraulic valve, and installed in the actuator. The oil passage is manufactured by injection molding, and made of plastic. The oil passage is surrounded by the actuator block, and the actuator block is manufactured with injection molding. Damage is prevented by spreading heat-resisting material around the passage, and the weight is reduced.
