PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a perfume composition useful as a unique and persistent flavor agent or a unique persistent modifier useful in wide fields such as favorite foods, foods and drinks, health supplements, medicines, cosmetics, and detergents. SOLUTION: This perfume composition comprises dithioacetals represented by the following formula (1) [wherein, R1 and R2 are each the same or different and denote each hydrogen, a 1-10C alkyl group, a 2-10C alkenyl group, a 2-10C alkadienyl group or R3S-R4 (wherein, R3 denotes hydrogen, a 1-5C alkyl group, a 2-5C alkenyl group or a 2-5C alkadienyl group; and R4 denotes a 1-8C alkylene group, a 2-8C alkenylene group or a 2-8C alkadienylene group); and n denotes 1 or 2] as an active ingredient. |
